At Wisteria Label, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure you receive the best products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
- As per company policy, we do not offer any refunds on products once sold.
- All purchases made on wisterialabel.com are final.
2. Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only once per order for size or style, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- To request an exchange, please contact us.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- The item must be free from:
- Perfume or deodorant smell
- Stains, sweat, or marks
- Damage, tears, or alterations
4. Credit Note Policy
- If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.
- Credit notes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
- Credit notes cannot be converted into cash or refunded.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted products
- Items purchased using coupons or gift vouchers
- Accessories
- Customized outfits
- Washed, worn, or damaged products
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
- Reverse pickup is not available.
7. Important Return Instructions
- Please ensure you collect an acknowledgement receipt from the courier partner with:
- Number of items dispatched
- Courier signature and contact number
- Wisteria Label will not be responsible for any lost or missing shipments.
8. Reasons for Exchange Rejection
Exchange/Return requests may not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Customer does not like the material or colour
- Minor colour variation (10–12%) due to screen resolution or lighting
- Product has been washed, worn, or used
- Product is returned without original packaging or tags
9. Delivery & Pickup Conditions
- In cases where pickup service is unavailable, customers must ship the product themselves.
- For urgent exchanges, self-shipping is recommended.
