3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned).
  • We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for serviceable pin codes.
  • Customers must make full payment before opening the package.
  • If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

  • We do not offer refunds on any products once sold.
  • Exchange is allowed only once for size or style, subject to eligibility.
  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
  • A credit note may be issued if the requested size is unavailable.
  • Credit notes are valid for 28 days only.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Products purchased using coupons or gift vouchers
  • Accessories
  • Customized outfits
  • Products with signs of use (perfume, stains, sweat, wash, or damage)

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide reverse pickup services.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  • Wisteria is not responsible for lost return shipments.

9. Custom Orders

  • Customized outfits are accepted on a prepaid basis only.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Only size alterations may be considered, if applicable.
